When eccentric wheel – the five – star friction wheel – gear — sprocket shortstop the delivery of material while in the movement of space(the rocker is in the opposite direction, the five-star disconnects). the crankshaft moves from the upper to the lower,the knife moves from upon blade to under knife so as to complete the cutting.
